Susan H. Baucom

Susan H. Baucom obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. Prior to law school, Susan graduated magna cume laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Susan worked as the Assistant District Attorney for the Accountability Courts in the Appalachian Judicial Circuit for ten years. During her time with the District Attorney’s Office, Susan was an integral part of the accountability court team and supported the Felony Drug Court, Mental Health Court, and Veterans Court programs. These three programs helped two hundred participants at any given time to seek rehabilitation and to stay out of prison. Susan now solely practices in workers’ compensation defense work. Her focus is to bring about expeditious resolutions to her clients’ claims. When she is not busy at the office, Susan enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family.
