Bio
Victor M. Hamby, Jr. graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration in 2017. Following his undergraduate studies, Victor enrolled in the University of Alabama School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the same in 2020.
While enrolled in law school, Victor interned for Judge L. Scott Coogler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the University of Alabama Athletics Compliance Department, and the Civil Law Clinic of the University of Alabama School of Law. In addition to these internships, he clerked for a private firm in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, specializing in real property disputes and oil, gas, and mineral law.
Prior to joining Cuzdey, Ehrmann, Stine & Sansalone, Victor practiced at a general civil firm in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he litigated civil cases from the trial level through appeals to the Supreme Court of Alabama. At CESS, Victor practices exclusively in workers’ compensation defense.
Victor was born and raised in Roswell, Georgia and spends his personal time recreating in the beautiful outdoors of North Georgia.
